The pizza is great, but they might as well close down the inside dining room. My husband and I feel like the best word choice to describe our dine-in experience is SAD. For old- times-sake we randomly decided to stop and dine-in, something neither of us had done in years. It was so unbelievably depressing and a night we'll not soon forget. 1. Above all, we agreed the pizza was great. Perfectly prepared, perfectly cooked and beautifully created and delicious. The young lady working up front was sweet and doing a good job. 2. The ice machine, only several feet from the counter, did not work. Although the employees apparently knew it, no one bothered to say anything while my husband continued to fiddle with the loud banging sound of the empty machine. He eventually asked about it and was told that yeah - it's not been working lately. If they had ice in the back we were NOT offered any. No ice for us. 3. There were no visible waste/trash cans anywhere in sight, so when leaving I actually took my napkins and empty drink trash to the car with me. When I mentioned it to my husband he laughed and said while trying to get ice, he noticed two very out of place tiny little 1 gallon waste bins (like home bathroom sized) near the drink station. 4. The atmosphere here is maybe the saddest of any place we've seen. It's like it's just frozen in time with nothing but humming machines and the background noise of conversations among the kitchen staff, topped with regular very loud phone ringing. It felt like we weren't supposed to be there. There was no hint of guest hospitality. No music, no tvs on, just empty and super awkward to dine in. Perhaps the most awkward thing was the fact that a pre-teen child was laying on the floor, quietly, innocently watching movies in a fort-like area blocked off with chairs. It was about 8 feet from most of the dining room tables, so that was pretty awkward. It would have been far more appropriate for the child to just be at a table - not laying on the dirty floor, just feet away from dine-in customers. To be clear, the child was perfectly behaved and no one should have any punishment! We totally understand that sometimes kids need to come to work with their caregiver and so that's not at all the concern. The issue is that children shouldn't be laying down in a fort in the dining room area.

Pizza had no flavor, meat was dried out, mushrooms old, no sauce, very little pineapple which had a very bitter taste! All in all one of the worst pizza I’ve ever received from this place. Had to add pizza sauce to make it halfway edible. Used to get Pizza there pretty regularly always delicious. This is the 2nd time I had to try and make it edible! This was my last Pizza I will ever order from Pizza Hut!

The pizza was not as good as expected and the service was pleasant, but inattentive. Most unfortunate is the fact that they are now nickeling and diming us to death by CHARGING EXTRA FOR PARMESAN CHEESE AND CRUSHED RED PEPPER. It is no longer on the table to be used as needed. I'm sad to say this experience ruined their reputation and I suspect this is the last time I will come to a Pizza Hut restaurant.

Someone from pizza hut reached out after our bad experience and was extremely apologetic. We got a store credit and the next time we ordered, everything went smoothly and tasted great!

We had an awful time. I scheduled six pizzas and breadsticks to be picked up at 5:15 on Halloween night. I even called the store to confirm because the website kept freezing and then it finally refreshed and went through but put my time to be picked up as ASAP and not 5:15. The person I talked to working at the store said he would delete my original order and then add it back in with the 5:15 time. My husband went to pick up the pizzas at 5:10 and they said they never put the order in/lost the order. I had a confirmation email but that didn't matter. The guy even remembered talking to me but basically said he just didn't put the order in. I talked to him at 10:40 that morning. So, they said they would make the pizzas right then and said my husband just had to wait 20-30 minutes. He said he would and then after about 40 minutes of waiting, he asked where the pizzas were and they told them they lost the order again. So, my husband had been there for over an hour with no pizzas. I had twenty people at my house with very hungry kids to feed before trick or treating with no idea with what I was going to do. My husband went to get his money back and the kid at the register said he didn't know how to do a refund. He then went to help someone else. After waiting another 10-15 minutes for help again, the kid working the register said he found the pizzas but two were still cooking. We finally got the pizzas after being there for over an hour when we had a scheduled time to pick them up. It caused so much stress with figuring out how we were going to feed these 20 people. Especially after I had a confiramtion email and a verbal confirmation from the person working at the store. We spent over 70 dollars and I really don't think we will come again- especially with an important order. It really is a shame because we have really enjoyed this location for quite a few years and had rated it quite highly...

Customer service was trash !!! I got a miss called from them and when I called back they said my food was on the way and hung up. After waiting like 25 mins of not receiving my order, I called them and they said they cancelled my order because they couldn’t get ahold of me and that my address was wrong. So I asked politely if there was a way I could still get my order or would I have to redo my order and the young girl on the phone thought she put me on hold but she didn’t and I overheard a conversation about me between the young girl on the phone and another worker talking oddly mean about my situation and the young girl on the phone made it seem like I was being rude when I was being very much polite over the question I asked. The other young girl then picked up the phone and I let her know that I overheard the previous conversation her and her friend just had. I apologized and let her know that I was upset because I wasn’t being no where close to rude and they both gave me nothing but attitude still for a mistake on the address. The girl on the phone finally let me change to the right address and said they’re going to remake my order and I have still not received the order that was supposedly made. I will not be ordering back from here if workers are going to have an attitude over a small misunderstanding, even after apologizing for the miscommunication just to talk bad about the customers...
