Please keep in mind, I will only write a review for an establishment if something was really great or really awful. This was the latter, unfortunately. This was my first time ordering at Que? Bueno! ever, and it wasn't great. I ordered the Mango Chicken Quesadilla and had shrimp added to it for an upcharge of $3, apparently. I drive about 15 minutes back to the house, bring the food in and begin to open the quesadilla up to pour the mango sauce on the inside and I see that I only have 3 medium shrimp in there. It's a pretty large quesadilla, theres plenty of chicken and cheese in there. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened and then asked if I am able to come back to get more shrimp, because surely, that had to be a mistake? The guy on the phone said yes, and I drove another 15 mins. It was the principle of the thing, really. I paid for extra shrimp, and I wanted it. So it was worth it to me to drive back for it 🤷‍♀️ When I got there, I spoke with one of the hosts and let him know that I was the one that called about the shrimp. He asked me how much they charged me for the shrimp and I said that I wasn't sure, that I wasn't told the price over the phone. He said that it was normally $1 upcharge **PER PIECE** of shrimp, I asked what kind of shrimp it was that it was $1 PER PIECE OF MEDIUM SHRIMP. He didn't know, then went to the kitchen and got who I can only assume is the manager. He came out, asked what the problem was, and he explained that that was correct, that "in most Mexican restaurants you go to, that is what you will pay" and I said that that has never been my experience. I asked him what kind of shrimp they were, were they specialty shrimp? He said no. I said then why are they $1 extra PER PIECE OF SHRIMP? He said because they are very expensive to buy. Sir. Your Shrimp Quesadilla on the current menu is $11.98, same as the Mango Chicken Quesadilla, which only has mango sauce and a very small amount of actual chopped mangoes and some sauce in a cup. Make it make sense. It begs the question, how many shrimp come in the normal shrimp quesadilla? 5 pieces if you're lucky? If you are going to stick to a crappy price for mediocre, wholesale, not to mention *overcooked* shrimp, then let's stick to it. The food is actually good, it's a shame this was the hill you wanted to die on.

Went here Friday night about 7pm for date night. Was told there would 15 minute wait that ended up being more like 25-30 minutes. We got the tableside quac (which was good- but needed seasoning) in a timely manner but after that we waited 45 minutes after ordering to get our entrées. Our server only apologized after I asked where our food was after waiting over 30 minutes. She just kept saying there were a ton of tickets and they were doing them in the order they were received. Our server never offered more chips or anything to tide us over. She seemed to know she should apologize for the situation but the apology didn't really mean anything, she really didn't care or at least didnt convey it if she did. If I'd had kids with me we would have left, no way it should take that long for food. The hostesses need to manage the seating better so the kitchen can keep up. When our food finally came, the Carne Asada and Chicken fajitas; it looked ok but it was bland. They are good sized portions and they definitely were fresh out of the kitchen as the plates were very hot. Unfortunately nothing wowed us. For the wait I wanted to be blown away by flavor but ultimately this was not worth it. Also parking is awful. The tiny front lots and rear lots are chock full all the time. The atmosphere is soooo loud, you literally have to yell across the table. For some reason they decided to play music along with all the conversational noise. Not an enjoyable atmosphere at all. I'm glad it was just the two of us that came because if I'd spent money to feed the whole family here, I'd be pretty ticked off. Won't be back.

Initially walking into this restaurant you'll be transported to a classy and authentic Mexican restaurant. I was greeted by smiling faces and seated immediately. The tables, chairs, utensils, and decor was clean and we'll maintained. Furthermore, the service was spectacular! Our server was polite and genuine giving us plenty of time to order and repeating our order back to us for accuracy. Also, we got free tortilla chips and salsa as soon as we sat down. The prices are reasonable I opted for the lunch faita and it was only $9.50 for a generous portion of food. Lastly, speaking of food, it was delicious! Everything was made to order we didn't wait to long for the food and the server was attentive to our every need. Saving the best for last I have two young boys ages 4 and 6 and and we typically have some issue with food when going out to eat. Not this time! The food came out for them already at PERFECT EATING TEMPERATURE! Such a rarity to find a place that'll take the time to ensure that tiny detail lets me know this is the place to go too, especially with a family. One hundred percent I recommend eating here.

The food is good. Service, after the order was wrong, stinks.. my friend ordered Chimichongas, but want ground beef. Well came out shredded beef anyway. After telling our server it was supposed to be ground beef, server asked "So you don't want that", friend "No, if cannot get with ground beef", so ordered something different, other plate was taken away. Now ticket time... friend Why is my ticket showing the order I sent back that was not correct?, Server "That was your 1st plate you didn't want and sent back.", Friend " So if I am charged then where is the plate of food?", Server "In the trash, and on your bill.". So after the Server continued to go on about the shredded beef, that's what the menu says, that's the way it comes. When I asked her "if she is being charged for the plate that you failed to tell her even after she asked for ground beef, you said OK, and still came out wrong you are gonna charge her for your mistake, if so you need to give her the plate to go. After going back and forth, getting dirty looks from the Server, she went to the manager, and he adjusted the meal off the bill. Yes we did pay.. Fast forward to leaving I had parked by the manager who did the bill adjustment, he was in his big Ford truck, that compensates for something he doesn't have, and when leaving he spun out and tried to kick dirt and dust up on me. Well... he failed... So needless to say.... we will not be back. This will be posted on RedBank Happenings and Lexington...
