Hats off to SmartPhone Medic!!!! I took my IPAD in to their store in Lexington. I simply told Andrew the problem I was having, and he immediately told me what it could possibly be, along with the price. They REALLY know their business. Andrew as right about his diagnosis, and thank God I didn't have to buy a new IPAD. Please, please, before you give up on your electronic device, take it to the SmartPhone Medic. They are courteous, understanding, and honest people, and they will call you before they do any work. I just want to thank you guys for your GREAT service on 6/10/2016.
On August 7, 2017, I first called SmartPhone Medic, and then I took my iPAD to the store in Lexington. I waited an extremely long time...NOT!!! I told Ian and Dillon the problem I was having with my iPAD, and Ian literally asked to check the device, walked into the back of the store, was gone all of four minutes (if that long), and when he returned my device was fixed. I am so amazed at these two young men!!! They know their business, and their customer service is the best I have ever seen in 39 years of working with the public.    Read moreI wasnât gonna do this but the more I think about it the more pissed I get. So I took my phone to get repaired and they fixed it and everything was fine. While I was out of town my phone started to act up again. I had to press on the back of my phone for the screen light to turn on. I took it back to them and they said it was a faulty screen and would have to order more. I waited almost a week and they got more screens in and then said it wasnât the screen is was a cable on the back of the phone and they would have to order that part too. Now I had to press harder on the back of my phone for it to work. Took it back a week later and they said there was nothing they could do and now I couldnât get my screen to work at all. Every time I took my phone there it would work less and less until now it doesnât work at all. I had so many contacts and photos on that phone that are now lost. They returned my $165 but still.    Read moreMy husband's iPhone 6 charge port and headphone jack have been messing up lately. Here's the visual - he's spent 30+ minutes wiggling, fenagling, praying and sweet talking this charge port just to get it to charge every night lol we don't have a landline and his cell phone is our only source of contact.
It went kaput. No amount of wiggling, fenagling or begging was going to work this time đ I told him to bring his butt up here to have them look at it and with how little knowledge I have with fixing a phone, we all know they could have been as bad as a dang car mechanic. I took necessary steps to speak car and driver, but as long as I keep coming to this place I don't feel the need to take time out of my busy schedule to learn a skill I have no interest in learning.
The charge port was dirty. That's it. It was dirty and he cleaned it and had us out the door in 5 minutes. No charge. It was so anticlimactic I had to laugh đ that's honest work though and exactly what we need more of.
