Michael and the whole team at Artinian Jewelry were more than happy to help my fiancée and I create the perfect engagement ring. We had a pretty specific design in mind and after looking at several stores, we decided we needed to have it custom made. By recommendation of a friend, we met with Michael at the shop. He worked with us over several consultations to design and source materials for the ring. Michael made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. He was very straightforward and easy to work with. He made sure he understood our style and made suggestions based on his expertise. The final product is something that my fiancée loves wearing. Michael was also more than happy to help us resize as needed after we got engaged. To quote my fiancée: “My ring is my favorite possession. Period. I was hoping to have a good experience here especially since the staff was helpful when I went in to look at engagement rings. I was told they would be in touch by the end of the following week. A week goes by, and then another, so I give a call and apparently (even though they have all my contact info) they were delayed due to renovations (which wasn't even mentioned at the initial set up) and they would call me back by the end of the next week. Well....another week and a half goes by....and nothing. I understand business can get busy, but it shouldn't take over a month to get AN ESTIMATE to determine the price of the ring with a diamond or with a different stone. I'm not even WAITING FOR THE RING TO BE MADE, I was willing to be a paying customer, but clearly Alicia and the other man at this store have better things to do than have happy paying customers. I'd take your business elsewhere...

My fiancé and I visited Artinian Jewelers in Lexington, MA, hoping for simple ring resizing services, based on positive past experiences. However, the service was disappointing. After leaving two rings for resizing and a ring enhancer to be adjusted, we were told we’d be contacted with an estimate. Days passed with no communication, despite multiple calls and promises of callbacks. When we visited the store a week later, we were met with rude behavior from the goldsmith, who told us to "find another jeweler" and refused to let us speak to the owner. This unprofessional treatment, combined with poor customer service, left us frustrated and disillusioned. We will not be returning and caution others to consider...
