I literally today went to pick up an oder for a customer, and this is how it went its gonna be a little long but bear with me. The lady running the store the one with black curly hair and glasses name started with a L I can't not remember it. They did not have the oder ready so when I got their they started on it on top of that they say that the oder was complete it was not had to go back and get the 2 items that were missing and since I walked in till I left 100% with the oder this lady was being rude to customers yelling basically because they were so busy they were backed up on orders no joke their was a line of orders hanging and when a customer would ask she would be not let them even finish their sentence because she would interrupt them and basically yelling saying it was not her fault that it was the app fault she was so un professional the way she was handling the customers and the custo.ers were not being rude to her at all but she was very very rude it made me sick to my stomach seeing how she was talking to all the customer how she was being down right rude and no one said anything to her if she can't handle the store when busy she should not even be running it it at all what's so ever I hope the other customers make a complain or speak up and not stay quiet because no joke she was being down right nasty to the customers thats not good customer service and I hope the owners see this and do something about it because this was so unnecessary. If I could I would give 0 stars and actually give -100 stars all because of that lady. Update they say to email them to investigate further I did no one has emailed back, no one has do e anything else. So it's just for show that they say to email them & nothing happens after that. Do these people even care about their store 🤔 🤷🏻♀️. Beware if you go to this upper crust location & if you see theirs other who have left bad reviews so...
Read moreI made the mistake of purchasing a Large Cheese Pizza 🍕 here on Monday Night. I am new to the area and have been trying a pizza from a different place every time and they've all been phenomenal, until now. What's even more ridiculous was that I've been putting off ordering from here because it seemed a little pricey, but I also believe that's you get what you pay for. Except here. I ordered extra sauce, and the pizza was dry and hard as hell. It didn't Even have a good taste. Every other pizza I've had from everywhere has been completely finished. Not this one, I threw almost half away. Then I reached out to the restaurant looking for anyone In charge. First, they don't Even know what the means, so I said "Boss" to which he gleefully replied "He's not here, maybe tomorrow ". I called Wednesday and was told he'd call me. No call, of course. I reach back out today and talked to the wall for 2 minutes, tried calling another Upper Crust and got the same run 🏃♀️ around. This place is not the "Upper Crust " it's the BOTTOM OF THE BARREL!! Read moreI love supporting local businesses. Maybe we call and stop by at the wrong times. Just in the past month I have been left on hold for 10 + minutes at a time. We are here tonight the tables are filthy and as always the person taking the order has an attitude and can’t be bothered. Obviously overwhelmed. They had only one beer available “Cranky” I was thinking how fitting. i asked about the other beer and he said he didn’t have time to get it from downstairs. The slices looked and tasted like they have been there all day. We watched as he ignored the phone calls, and even put the phone down as the client was still talking, wow! For the premium they charge for the pizzas they actually ask about tips, sorry a tip for what? I’m disappointed at how amazing this place could be and it seems as though it is falling flat. It doesn’t take much. Maybe if they hired someone to answer phones, smile and clean tables they could tighten...
