Regarding negative reviews: in my experience, some people post reviews only when they are disappointed or angry. I think it's important to look at the other reviews posted by people who are posted very negative reviews, and you may notice a trend. Racist and awful staff. I went in with four white friends and the staff tended to them and let them see and try on whichever pieces of jewelry they wanted. Everytime I asked to try something, I was told “later” “in a few minutes” or a straight out “no”. It’s 2023, there is not place for exclusionary and/or rude behavior.
