The store manager, Siearra, is absolutely the most unprofessional store manager Iāve ever experienced. Picked up an online pick-up order for my sister, and the lady at the cash register didnāt give me all my items in the pick up order. I had to make another 45 minute round trip back to Michaelās to pick up those itemsā a huge inconvenience. When I went in to ask for a refund/discount/etc. along with getting forgotten items, the manager tried to blame me for not getting all the items in my pickup order. Refused to provide any customer service that was worth anything, had a terrible attitude, and acted like she couldnāt write corporateās number down for me. When she finally did, she hands me that piece of paper and it has a smiley face next to her nameā trying to be a smartelic I told her she was a pathetic excuse for a manager. Once I called corporate, before I could even tell them the story of how terrible the customer service was there, they were offering me a refunds, gift cards, or anything off the jump! How ridiculous. Couldnāt get a smile out of this girl at all, and she definitely tried to rub us off.

The first finished frame came in damaged and needed to be reordered. The second finished frame came in a completely different color than what we had originally chosen and paid for in the beginning (brown is what we ordered, grey is what they gave us). We were told what we chose at the beginning was no longer an option and removed from the floor. Blame was placed on the company they order the frames from. The framing manager then refused to issue a full refund, despite admitting the final product was not what we originally asked and signed for, siting "Michael's policy." Despite our pleas and an obvious, egregious error, we were forced to either accept either a partial refund (about a $200 loss) or choose a new design and reorder for the third time. When I stopped in to purchase the product, I was not able to locate the item and I asked the sales person if she could help me, she just pointed to the direction of where the item was and said it was over there, I explained that I had looked but did not see it. the only response I got was it is over there. Finally I got mad and asked if I was going to receive any help. The manager was called, she was an older lady and she was just as rude. I told her I had the item number and she yanked the paper out of my hand and huffed at me, when she was giving the paper back I yanked it out of her hand.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!
