I've been a Sprint customer for five years, until yesterday. It was five years of hell and lies. I don't know why I stayed with them this long. Sprint's customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. No respect whatsoever for the customers. SO... I came into this MetroPCS in Northlake after having lunch at Mcdonald's (right across street from this location) where I was in a heated conversation with a Sprint Customer Service Rep. I hung up finished my lunch and went straight into this store and yelled! "I NEED HELP!!! SPRINT SUCKS, AND YOU BETTER NOT.!!!" At this point a young man, named Brian, approached me and explain MetroPCS phone plans to me. He even told me I can keep my old phone and number. My number is very important to me since I've had it for over 17 years now. He had my new service and my new low payments set quickly. The rest of the staff there was also very friendly. I will be back to purchase my new phone next week, Brian. I hope you take good care of me again as you did with my new plan. Read moreI was in here a couple days ago to open another line on my family plan, the Spanish gentleman who worked here was extremely polite, professional and outgoing. He politely multitask taking care of me and several customers all at the same time while keeping us extremely entertained by his Charming personality and knowledge. I'm not very tech savvy and I find technology extremely difficult to understand. This gentleman took the time to patiently help me. I left the store feeling extremely happy and confident with my purchase and my plan. Thank you for having great employees that value their jobs and customers. Read moreSamantha was excellent it took us an hour because my mom had a TracFone but she provided my mom with a brand new phone and service and had her put on autopay so she won't forget 1 to pay her bill monthly. I would highly recommend Samantha. She was working by herself she had lots of customers and it took over 45 minutes and she was very patient to help us she had to make several phone calls to make sure that this phone number can be ported for my mom old TracFone prepaid to a regular account with MetroPCS on her own plan for $30 a month.
