Worst customer service. Sell bunk products and make it difficult to exchange.

All it takes are a few bad experiences. This place sells bunk and defective products like Stiizy's. Then make you jump through hoops and hurdles for exchanges.
No receipt? You're screwed. Want to bring something in that you paid a buttload of money for? You need to take a video of it "not working" for a potential credit and send it to the email on the receipt that you threw out immediately after your purchase. Their way of saying "all sales are final." Keep in mind I'm still waiting for the reply from my defective vessel compass I bought back in August. The practices here are so bad, not to mention the security would rather escalate with you after hearing you having a bad experience with their shop. Like buddy, how has the management not fired you?
The selection is so small here too, the only good products they carry are Cresco, which is so subpar.
They need to work on Customer Service and stop staffing people with unhelpful, unhealthy attitudes at the front.
It costs more there but just go to Sunny Side in Elmwood Park.

Once we entered the building the experience was great. Everyone that worked there was very pleasant and helpful. I would mention them all by name but I lost the paper they wrote their names on. We had stellar conversation with everyone and my husband and the manager were vibin' on various stories about life.
They recommended excellent products as well. The prices were amazing and they offer a great selection. The business has a kiosk style format but they have someone there to assist - if needed. There is also an on-site ATM available for your service.

Unfortunately I had some issues due to their POS system giving me an error for my card and was blamed by the supervisor Crystal that I didnāt have funds for my purchase. She yelled from 3 registers down to stop inserting my card because they were going to be charged on their end $5 each time due to the system having an error and declining it. However iāve never had a problem using my card there and did have appropriate funds on my card for my purchase. Not only was it inconsiderately said but also in a very rude tone in front of other customers. She was not helping the situation yet making a customer embarrassed and upset even more.
