Dear Peaches I just wanted to Thank you for the food you prepared for Gene's luncheon at the Post. OMG ! The food was incredible. I also want to thank you for being so generous with it. That was totally nice of you. My 2 Sisters never attended a military funeral service. They were so impressed by the beautiful ceremony. I can honestly can tell you that you helped make Gene's going away lunch, well, it was "Top Shelf" so special. I appreciate all your hard work and very prompt delivery. That's something I never even entertained the dea. You are a real professional and I totally agree. I, along with my family are so very grateful and really we all were satisfied and impressed by all you did and sure was a real treat having you do the food. I sure was hoping it would happen. So, thank you seems like such a hallow words, but it makes my heart sing and that's definitely bc of you. I felt a bit " Lighter" on Tuesday. It's really wonderful to have such great support. My wife and I hired Cuomo to cater our wedding. They were recommended to us by a family friend. We worked with Tom, Peach and Yaritza directly. They had very clear communication and they had a lot of recommendations to keep the wedding organized even parts that were outside of the food. They had a whole tasting that had every popular options available and they let us bring 2 guests to it. They also provided us with linens, chair covers and bows for the chairs! The food was fantastic, honestly the best wedding food I'd ever had. We had pasta with vodka sauce, mixed California style vegetables, a prime rib carving station with au ju and horseradish sauce, mashed potatoes and chicken picante. We had around 100 guests total and there was more than enough food we were able to take some home and freeze it. We did our reception at a community center so the logistics were a little bit of an obstacle however we couldn't have asked for it to be better. They also did a fantastic job at serving and cleaning up - the owners stayed late with the workers, you can really tell they care about their employees.

Memorial Day was the 3rd graduation party in which we've hired Cuomo, and I can't begin to give it enough praise. The food is absolutely outstanding! So many of our guests inquired where we catered from at each of the parties! (They should include business cards with the order to hand out to interested guests.) Even the broccoli received many compliments! We ordered the Steak Parmesan, Chicken Caprese, Italian Potatoes, Pasta Primavera, Baked Mostoccoli, and Broccoli. Huge garden salad and dinner rolls were also included. The delivery and setup was prompt and professional. No need to call around. Your guests will be very impressed with this food at...
