I wasn't sure what kind I needed so I booked the prescription with SAM! And let me tell you, she was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and why. She also gave me tips on not only how to take care of my skin but what I should book next time! I could not believe how much more clear my skin looked in 2 weeks, I even attached a picture to show (ignore my double chin)!

Boss Gal is a great place to pamper yourself but all help you on your healthy skin journey! Get the membership! It’s so worth it and you can’t go wrong with any of the aesthetician.

If you haven't heard or if you are looking for someone new, Caterina is THE BEST at Boss Gal in Powell. I had the pleasure of meeting her a couple years ago at the Clintonville location and when she said she was moving to Powell, it was a no brainer to follow her there. From the minute she greets me till the moment I walk out the door, she is always professional, courteous, and on point with my skincare needs! I really cannot say enough about her! I wholeheartedly trust Cat with my skin. I am so thrilled each month when I get my appointment reminder because 1) I get to see her (and gossip about our shared love of soccer) and 2) I leave with my skin feeling soooooo refreshed! Thank you, Cat, for your A+ service!

I love coming to BossGal for all my medspa needs. All the studios I've been to are so beautiful and so clean! The staff are so wonderful and welcoming but Christy at Powell is an absolute rockstar! She is such a sweetheart and is so attentive! Thoughtfully explaining what you're having done at your appointment, making sure you're comfortable, and asking all the questions to tailor your treatment to exactly what you want/need. She is so knowledgeable in the products she's using and in her recommendations for your next facial or treatment. She has been my go-to girl for all my facials over the last 2+ years and I always look forward to my next...

I’ve struggled with hormonal acne for as long as I can remember, and it’s always impacted how I feel about my skin. I found Boss Gal through a post on my IG feed and was looking for some product advice. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the second I walked in!! I ended up getting my first HydraFacial (which was seriously amazing) and left with some product recs and a routine that actually made sense for me. What really stuck with me was how no one rushed through anything. You can tell they genuinely care and want you to feel good in your own skin! I’m so glad I found them and can't wait for my next facial and lip filler...
