If you're ordering 300 photo prints (through their website) and a glitch or mishap occurs from the time you select order prints to the time they are processed and printed..you will not get a refund nor help to resolve the issue. I was told I had to reorder the entire product and then they will honor 20% off the new prints. So pay another (almost) $300 on top of the $300 I had just paid through the stores website. Now, I understand if that's the way it came through on their end and they obviously had to follow what the paperwork has stated...but when there was an obvious glitch in their system why in the world would I pay double as a solution to the problem? So just an FYI if your ordering online...once you select order and the prints are done, there is absolutely no refund/exchange (or compassion to make things right with their customers) in the print department. I have used office max for many, many projects and prints. But after this last time, and how they are unwilling to budge to help correct the situation at hand, I'm choosing to take my business else where from now on, not that it matters much really lol, but word of mouth makes a difference for sure. Read moreI had a great experience at the store today. I walked in to the Lima store not really knowing what I needed I had an idea of what I wanted , but I didn't know exactly what I needed. I was greeted by Dan with a hello can I help you, and a smile and ready to help me with anything I needed. I explained to him what I needed and he told me my options. He was awesome. He gave me ideas and even helped me with the best prices. He lead me to the printing department where I met Michaela. and she was as sweet as can be, and very helpful to me. Those two will never know and understand what they did for me today, and how much it meant to me. My late son would have been graduating this year from Lima senior and Lima senior school is celebrating him so I had something that I wanted done in memory of him and a picture printed out for him and I didn't know how to go about it I wanted canvas or a banner or what when I gave them the ideas that I had in mind Dan helped me with the best options and McKayla printed it out called me did exactly what she was supposed to do. First they wanted to run diagnostics and give us a used item for the price of a new item.
