The Hero Day & Glow Golf — Attraction in Lima

I honestly thought it wasn’t too bad, what set me off was the fact that an hour before closing any and all personnel are instructed to abandon their post where they’re suppose keep the kids in line and make sure they’re not hurting themselves or each other and go clean. So I had to protect my kid from other kids which I thought was ridiculous. That’s not my job that’s theirs.

Ok so we’re going to play this game. Your staff left the zip line attraction in manned and there were two employees standing there watching me, my two kids, another little girl, and a brother and sister duo who wouldn’t listen to their 70 year old grandmother and I had to kick them off the ride after they refused to get off the zip line even though they went down 3 times. All while 2 staff members watched and when I asked if they were going to do anything one of them told me that they get reprimanded if they’re not cleaning at that time. When I mentioned that I wasn’t coming back ever the manager brushed it off like he didn’t care and apologized just to say the words. Do not recommend coming here. We had five kids in totals ranging from 15-2yrs old we took the little ones to the toddler section. it is one bounce house. they got board so we went with the others to jumps was told adults needed socks to walk around and watch the kids. Even though others had no socks and the workers had no socks. So we went to get some and was told you can’t buy socks must buy a pass in order to be up there to watch them and that the two old shouldn’t be up there but the four year can even though it’s by hieght and the two year old is taller then the four year old that is fine to be on the bigger areas. So I took the two year old back to the single jump house when a 10yr old ran and jumped in the worker looked at him and turned around and walked off even though her job was to keep the older kids off. He proceeded to knock over all the toddlers and jumped over my little ones head and knocked him down then jumped off the siding of the house and took off when it was brought to her attention nothing was done. There was multiple teens in there in the hr I was there and needed up leaving before...

We paid for two - 2 hour passes and they only wrote one hour on each of our kids’ time stickers. Talked to the staff about this and was notified that this happens all of the time and that they would give us an extra five minutes on top of the hour the stickers showed. I told them again that we paid for two hours. The guy working didn’t believe me. I told him I either wanted a refund for the extra hour we paid for or we wanted the time corrected on the stickers. He gave me two free 1 hour passes.

Aside from that, this place is set up terribly and poses an extreme safety risk. Over 2/3 of the bouncy area is accessible from only one side and you cannot see your kids if they are far in the back. This is in direct contrast with the Piqua location where you can actually walk around the whole place and see and be near your kids should they get hurt or need you.
