Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Ohio

My wife came in tonight to place our order I've worked in restaurant for years in management and as a GM the restaurant closes at 10pm there were no guests in the building the two ladies had all the equipment shut off and said our food would take forever to be ready she came in 915 to order......we never complain because we both completely understand how everyone is short staffed and overworked but to be completely closed down and have all equipment turned off 40 mins before you close is a little ridiculous.....both ladies were outside smoking when my wife pulled up and as soon as she walked up upset with the service the ladies walked right back out to continue smoking.......this is my favorite sandwich place to eat in Lima.....please get this under control......as my wife walked out the put the close sign up as well.........which was 30 mins before actually...

We typically get Belleceno’s but for this meeting we decided to go to this Penn Station (mistake). We ordered 8 subs (on cookie Tuesday) and also paid for 2 more for a customer of ours. I jokingly asked the girl who was wrapping our subs if I get 8-10 cookies (1for each sub) and she very irritatedly took 3 and threw them on a basket and handed them to me?! First of all if you’re going to be rude to us after we patiently waited while you past out 4 subs while our $75 order sat on the table you could’ve taken the time to get the count correct and don’t “patronize” us as we were walking out the door by telling us to have a nice day! The other 2 employees were extremely apologetic but the manager I am sure didn’t know...now you do! Tuesday around 1:00-1:30pm.

I will never return to this location for our company...

About 3 nights ago we went to have dinner And it was terrible The girl at the cashier was taking money and then went to the grill and start making my sandwiches without washing her hands or putting on gloves or a hat and there was a gentleman in front of me who ordered a sandwich and a part of his sandwich was mixed in out sandwich and the pop Machine was broke and leaked everywhere all over my coat I mentioned it to the girl she said sorry and she was mad So I called the next day and the manager is even worse being sarcastic and questioning me and making it look like it was my fault so when I called her out and help issues she was like oh well people didn’t use gloves 20 years ago so I’m going to health department to make a complaint against them very...
