Part of my charger prongs were stuck inside the charger port of my phone; so I could only use that one charger cord in my phone. Sometimes it wouldn't even charge..it was weird. (Only charger I could use was the one that broke inside of it.) After two weeks of doing this and it becoming more and more difficult for my phone to charge, I called Wholesale Cellular and told them what was happening; he said they could fix it and in only 1 hour...ONE HOUR! These people are great. I come from out-of-town and only get to that side every couple of weeks. I really needed a new battery for my phone and they were the only ones in Lima to have it. I’d tried to get in for about a month; They told me that they could get me in but by the time I arrived, two people slid in before me. The tech still squeezed me in and got it changed in less than an hour. The only drawback to this is that he is the only one tech employed, which slows down their work immensely…. I had a great experience here. It took longer then expected but it wasn’t anyone’s fault. I took my phone in here to have the screen repaired, he put a new one on it wouldn’t work so he tried a different screen and it still wouldn’t work. So for all the trouble we went through with my old phone they sold me a new one for a lower price and threw in a free phone case and free temper glass.
