At 11am I called to inquire about installation of a remote car starter that I bought myself and they said yes, we can do it, in fact bring it in today, so I set up an appointment for 1pm that same day. I dropped the vehicle and remote starter off at 12:55pm and gave them my cell phone number and they told me it would take about an hour and they would call me when its ready. After not hearing from them for 2 hours and since my home was an hour away and I was tired of just hanging out in town, I stopped back by their shop and they said they were just starting on it because they had 2 emergencies come in. What possible emergencies at an auto sound shop, I don't know, but anyhow I waited. Overall it took 3-1/2 hrs to get the 1 hour job done, but they did a good job and were friendly about it. They also charged me $50 over the quoted install price $285 total including labor, bypass module, and wiring harness, plus I bought the remote starter myself so I had a total of almost $400 in this experience, a lot more than their advertised $140 remote car starters - installed on the front of the shop. 3 stars averages out for friendly and good service, vs misleading pricing and putting 2 walk in customers in front of my scheduled appointment. In spite of all the bad reviews on here. I recently decided to give this place a try to have my stereo changed from stock to custom in a 1999 Subaru Forester. I called the place and had great service, and they had the parts I've been looking for (which are rare to find). So I showed up, gave them the keys, talked to the sales rep/owner for awhile. He is a very informative, and efficient man, both him and his team. He told me how to save the most money, and he wanted to make sure of what all needed done to make this happen before he even brought up a price. After we figured out the maint. Cost and parts. His team worked on it. I called a ride who lives about 20 mins away. I walked around the store looking at all their nice rims and stereo systems. And before I know it the owner informed me my ride was done I was very pleased at the 20-25 mins it took them, the only thing was is that my ride was pissed at me for having them drive for nothing. I am very satisfied with the job that was done. My stereo looks nice, sounds great, and I would definitely rate a 10/10 overall experience was perfect. Would I recommend someone else, or a friend? If there is a bigger idiot and thief in this world, I do not want to meet them. took him my rims to put on the tires off of my truck and balance them put back on the truck. Simple most would say. Not him, charged me 275 including new lugs for 100 and torque for 35, why you charge for torquing wheels is another story. as soon as I left there I heard a sound coming from the wheels, the tape weights they put on were hitting the calipers, turned around and they fixed that, get on the highway and the whole truck was vibrating, had the tires re balanced and they were WAY off due to his logic of only needing outside weights and not inside, they were off 2.75 oz on the light tire and 4 on the heavy one. took them 2 hours and a lot of story's on how he is some type of god in the rim industry to get out of there. this guy is a crook and I will be telling everyone I know not to go there. He is only there to make money and screw people, this is what gives places like this a bad name and will never be anything else...
