Perry Ellis — Local services in Limerick Township

We went through limerick Perry Ellis for suits for my husband and groomsmen for our wedding. Suit quality is great!! We loved the suits and were so happy with them. However stuff in store definitely has to be more organized. Back in January 2019 we went to store to pick out all the groomsmen and groom’s a tire. A man named Bobby filled out all paperwork and filed it in their wedding book. We told him we would be back either in June or July to start getting all the groomsmen in to get sized for their suits. When we returned in early July they could not find our paperwork and we had to go through everything again. We had to go through picking out the suits, color, shirts and accessories that the groomsmen and groom needed. After that all the groomsmen started going in to be sized. One groomsman went in to be sized and a couple weeks later employees said he never came in to be sized which he did and they lost his measurements. There’s was a lot of confusion with what they gave groomsmen to take home such as shoes, belt and what they still had to order and had in store. One of the our groomsmen said they didn’t even ask him shoe size or have him try on shoes. They also trued to send another groomsman home with the wrong suit and staff didn’t even notice the groomsmen did because he knew his brother who was with him paid a different price for the same suit. Everyone was very nice in store but very dis-organized. Which made it really frustrating on my part. Suits are very nice quality we are really happy with them just stressful dealing with staff. If you have a bigger party of groomsmen it might be better to go elsewhere to avoid the stress of...

I was in this store on Sunday 7/31. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Chris and she was incredibly friendly, positive and helpful. I went to the outlets to look for some pants for work and hadn’t planned on going to just one store. I’d originally gone into the women’s clothing store next door to return something for my wife and then decided to start my search at Perry Ellis since I was right there. My plan was to look at what they had, check some prices and then move on to a few more stores and once I felt like I saw what I liked best go back to whatever store it was and make my purchase.

None of that ended up being necessary. Obviously I found pants that I really liked, however, but the main reason that I decided to stop looking was because of Chris. She was a breath of fresh air and made such a positive impression on me that I honestly had to write this review. She is an awesome employee for your company and I hope there is some way that she can be recognized for her work and attitude.

Thanks so much for an awesome experience! It’s rare that I need that style of clothing that the store provides and I hope the next time I’m there she will be working....

Michael was extremely helpful in finding me the next smaller size pants to match a suit I had purchased a month prior. They were not in stock and were on clearance so he actually called the NYC store and had them sent to my house. We then moved on to shoes and again Michael was very helpful. I left the store with 2 pairs of shoes, an order for my new suit pants, and tracking number in hand to follow my NYC shipment. Great experience and will definitely return for future menswear needs. My daughter was with me and was also very impressed with the courtesy that Michael showed us on this visit. Retail experience...
