Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

I just had the oddest and most unprofessional experience at Burger King. I order a breakfast meal. I order a Diet Coke with my meal. I get to the window and she hands me a milk. I didn’t order a milk she quickly fixes it, no problem. Until I asked for my receipt because she didn’t give it. She gives me my receipt, I look at the receipt and it still says milk. So she proceeds to tell me that Diet Coke is more and I should have paid more, why that is even relevant I have no idea. I just wanted my receipt to reflect what I bought, and it got into a small argument or discussion over this receipt and how I was done a favor only being charged that (not her words but why would we be arguing about this when I barely said anything and she’s going on about this). So I started to get mad and I asked for my money back. I didn’t come to Burger King to get into an argument over me getting the right receipt. That makes no sense. She then proceeds to give me a $10.00 bill and goes back to her job….that was not the amount of money I gave her because it’s a breakfast meal…. Look I’m all for leaving any fast food with a little extra, extra fries, extra sauce but when the job is not being done right at all, and there was noooooo one in line behind me (again if it was busy) this is either shady, lazy, or grumpy….either way I didn’t sign up for that at...

I stumbled on this one as I'm from out of town. It must be a tough neighborhood as the bathrooms have codes and the no loitering sign in the lobby that others posted. I could tell all of the staff was bilingual (Spanish and English). I noticed other reviews mentioning prices, but I didn't notice that as I'm hungry and they were serving, haha, but what I did notice was that my meal literally looked like a Whopper menu picture. Even my napkin was folded around my straw nearly. All of my fries were at least 4 inches long, no bottom of the bag broken kind of stuff. If my kids were still little they'd be using them like fingers to poke each other. The whopper was really fresh and the lettuce, tomato and onions were not skimpy or wilted. The best part was that the Diet Coke syrup/soda mix was perfect and that is hard to do with the older machines. The AC was blasting a little too cold for me but it is 91 humid degrees today and coming in from that, it was refreshing. (Just started to shiver after 10 minutes). I have been to 2 other places to eat around here and they simply turned off their AC making it impossible to eat inside. (I'm looking at you Dairy Queen and McDonald's.) So my humble opinion, it is worth the higher price but the prices were the same as I'm used to paying outside of this...

I have been to this Burger King store just a handful of times because the service is always slow and most of them speak very little English. I would eat Burger King more often if it was not for the terrible service. This time will make it my last time ever going to this location. I will drive out of my way to avoid this store. I told them my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. The worst service I have ever experienced at a Burger King. I have never gotten fast efficient service or my order correct at this location. NEVER AGAIN

UPDATE I did not have time on my lunch to go back to get my lunch corrected. I starved all day and went back after work to get it taken care of. I told the Manager that I had dinner waiting at home and just wanted a refund or a voucher to get the sandwich another day. They charge $7.39 plus tax for the sandwich alone. She gave me $5.00. She told me because I had ordered the combo and I had eaten the fries and drank the drink I had to pay for those. I am so pissed 😡 with Burger King. I will never go to a Burger King again. Really no accommodation for being left hungry all day due to their mistake. I also used to be a Manager for Burger King years ago. They are crooks. Never again will they make a...
