Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience here. I had to wait for my order for almost half an hour. There were may be 4 people ahead of me waiting for their order when I placed mine, and seemed like their staff doesn't really care about what's going on. One of the staff members was busy with the containers and dishes. The other one was just hanging out like it's a party, and then the guy who was preparing the orders didn't know anything about food apparently. He didn't know the ingredients to anything and no one was helping him either. It was just a waste of time and money since my order wasn't as per expectations either, when I order a javachip frappe and got something which felt like a stale sweet milkshake. Worst experience at a Starbucks inside target. Worst!!! I would seriously request the management to pay attention to the quality of service and waiting times here, otherwise you might start losing business right and left before you know it. It's nice to have Starbucks nearby when I shop at Target or other nearby stores. Most of the staff here are nice, but they sometimes make mistakes with orders. For example, once they gave me two orders of the same coffee when I order two different kinds, and another time a staff member deducted a purchase from my rewards/points without my permission and I needed to call customer service to make correction. The staff were new during this visit (see photos). One staff member didn't call me to get my order; she just put the coffee down and seemed upset when asked if that was my order and was more upset when I asked for a straw and a spoon. First, this store is in Target. I have that. They should call these Starbucks Express or something like that. These locations are not nearly as nice or comfortable as a real Starbucks. It's cold and somewhat run down. The people were nice enough but this was not "the Starbucks experience" that we all know and love.
