Lang’s Garden + Design — Local services in Linwood

I worked with Will, the landscape designer at Langs to develop an herb garden, center native plant area in my grassed back yard, as well as butterfly/hummingbird habitat. He created a beautiful plan, paid attention to colors of bark, berries in the winter, ease of care and placement of plants. Langs also agreed to winterize my current plants and to help me with a water draining issue. Yesterday they finished with part 1 of the plan and it's beautiful. He built a trellis and stained it, installed big rocks at the right places. The plants are all interesting, grouped well and varied. The look of it is just what I wanted; everything clean and neat. I visited Lang's this past year and it is so much more than a Garden Market! Walking through the nursery is like walking through a beautiful park. All their stock is in wonderful condition and the prices are very competitive. The nursery staff is both helpful and knowledgeable and the workers in the landscaping department are professional and hard working. And there are unique garden ornaments including carved rocks done by one of the owners, Bobb Lang. I couldn't resist having one for my yard and it's a centerpiece for my front garden. Stopped here on a whim last summer since we always drive by, and knew nothing about gardening. The staff was super nice & helped us pick out a few plants for our balcony, and gave us some pointers for care! We’ve been to a few other garden centers/nurseries since, and I can confidently say their plants are quality and well cared for!! You can tell these guys really love what they do, and are happy to help give you ideas and advice. I encourage you to even just stop by to walk around, the whole place is just magical.
