This particular visit was not good. I placed and order online, after, I called on the phone afterwards to add something to the order. The counter person said she couldn't find my order, I said you have the order because the clock is ticking down and my order will be ready for pick up in 10 minutes according to the web site. She said I must have placed my order with the somers point store. I said I am only 3 miles away and the map on the web page shows my house and your Galloway location. She said she would call the Somers Point store and call me back. She never called me back, I called the store spoke to the same person who said she called me back and I didn't answer. (I was sitting at my desk two fee from the phone and the phone never rang. If my phone rang 4 times it would automatically be picked up by my answering machine. Now she found my order and said it was under my first name. She asked my for my name and address when I originally made the call and I gave her my first and last name. I drove to the location to pick up my order and said its been a half hour since the order was completed, its going to be cold, she said they kept it warm. It took me 5 minutes to drive home, opened up the order and the order was COLD. I threw it out, don't care for cold burgers and cold French fries. If I go back it will be in store only and eat in, no placing orders...
Read moreI wish I could put 0 stars. Absolutely ridiculous. This review really has nothing to do with the location but the company. 11 dollars for a lettuce wrap burger which was literally a slider paddy between two slices of lettuce. Don’t get me wrong I know the a lettuce wrap isn’t suppose to be much but I would expect the paddy to be atleast a little big than a McDouble paddy. You want to charge five guy prices? Fine, atleast make them a couple sizes bigger than a McDonald’s single burger. Also I don’t know if anyone knows the meaning of a lettuce WRAP. The word WRAP means to WRAP around. If it was called a slider lettuce sandwich that would make more sense and I would hope be a little cheaper. Don’t get me wrong all I got was pickles mayo and ketchup so yes the sandwich in all was fairly small, but there is no reason to charge that much for such a tiny sandwich. If I didn’t ask for my money back and just go to Applebees I would of still been hungry in the next couple minutes, and god help this company if I don’t get every cent back for this poor excuse of an establishment and food. I didn’t take a single bite due to the fact there was absolutely no reason to. This place is a rip off and I want anyone who thinks about getting a good burger to just find your local fives guys because you will not find it here. The owner should be absolutely ashamed...
Read moreOn a whim while my wife and I were in Ocean City, NJ, she was craving a good hamburger. Both of us are gluten free so you can imagine that takes a lot of the fun out of eating a burger. However, at Tony Beef which we stumbled on by accident, we've went 3 times before we left OC. The hamburgers were above average and simply the best I've had. Home in NY, Binghamton Area, we just don't have stuff like this. The burgers were cooked perfectly, juicy and tasted great. We had cheese fries which too were perfect. Finally a chocolate shake which I cannot emphasize enough was made correctly, thick and drinkable from the first sip to the last sip. Flavor was spot on. To top it off, I cannot highlight enough how pleased we were to see Tony Beef uses BEEF TALLOW now to fry their food in instead of oil. That blew me away. We didn't feel sick or bloated after our meal and the gluten free buns were impossible to tell they were actually GF. My wife raved about this place and the food is worth it 110%. This will be a must visit everytime we come...
