This store is a literal nightmare. Iāve visited this store twice. Both times the line was to the door. They were understaffed and slow though seemingly nice. The second time that I was due to go to the store, I simply needed to exchange a faulty cable box for a new one. I purposely made an appointment because I knew that it should only take a couple minutes to do that. I walked in, was greeted by nobody, and was told that there were only two people working and that they couldnāt honor the appointment. Whatās the point of having the ability to make an appointment online? I left and immediately went to the store in Mays Landing. I did not have an appointment but was greeted upon entry of the store. Alan proceeded to assist with a new phone since my old Xfinity phone broke after 5 years of heavy usage. Allan spent a long time explaining how to use new phone and setting up with testing to make sure new phone was working properly.
