This store was a 1 hour ride for me. I arrived to 2 agents working with customers and 1 person in front of me...no greeting...it took 30 minutes to get to me...Carlos came out from hiding in the back with a badge that proclaimed Store Manager...he walked over, asked what I needed, and told me he was going to use the restroom...he came back, opened my unit ( i was returning ), plugged it in, then started helping the person behind me..he then said "they might not accept it"...took my ID, and said no, ship it via UPS...he used my phone for several minutes and supposedly was printing the shipping label for me. Hopefully, he didn't do anything else with my phone...he gave me the phone and went in the back for another 15 minutes,,,came out and said..wait...disappeared again and again..I asked Leo what was happening as I was now there for 90 mnutes !!...Leo looked at me blankly and indifferent...Carlos came back, told me if I was pressed for time I should go to Staples...he didn't print the label nor accept the return....today I went to a different location that took 3 minutes to complete the return with a 10 minute wait for service...I'll give them a...
Read moreI went into the store several months ago and told the salesman I advised him I knew nothing about Apple iPhones. I had came to the store to purchase the brand new iPhone 6s one iPhone 6s in rose gold and the other one was a iPhone 6s Plus. He advised me they didn't have the rose gold. I told him any color would be fine. I paid somewhere in the area of $300. I took both phones home and of course had a little bit of trouble figuring out the new operating system. About 2 months later I ran into a friend with a 6s and I asked him how to use the selfie flash, and he took my phone to show me. Within minutes he told me it was not a 6s it was a 6. I called the store and told them and they said it was out of the buyers remorse, as did T-Mobile customer support. The boxes have a picture of an apple on them no description of the model. I feel I was lied to and taken advantage of because I knew nothing of the product and I personally think they were trying to get rid of the old inventory . Sincerely...
Read moreStopped in here while on vacation after finding out the hard way that despite Googles claims the Pixel phone is not water proof at all. Kat and Jose were working and tried to get my phone working again to no avail. After some family discussion we decided to upgrade daughter’s five year old iPhone to a new one, and then put my sim in her old phone (with pixel 10 coming out they had none in stock). Kat did all the work making sure her new phone had all her data and that my sim worked in the old iPhone. Staff was so good decided to upgrade wife’s iPhone to the 16. Again they were great doing the data transfer and making sure everything was moved around and setup correctly.
