Traumatic and racist. The police just showed up at my house, out of nowhere, scaring my dogs and myself because of this store!?!

I was told there was an argument today at the store and I was identified somehow. I was not at the store today or all week. I was told not to go to the store by the police at my home. I called the store to clear up who I am and they threatened to call the police again with no answer to my question, what happened?

The police called me and then changed the story, stating the store just doesn’t want me there and doesn’t have to have a reason. That’s true so I said fair enough and will never return but…

Whatever insurance scam or racism is going on, do NOT falsely accuse a random minority of crimes; like as a customer or human being. Do NOT include my information in your database. Going to the police with false information is illegal and threatening to my freedom.

If this was an employee named Ashley- If she does not wish to be friends anymore, there are better ways to communicate that than to allege an argument at her professional workplace to the police. Check the footage; I was not even in that town today. This behavior is threatening and inappropriate. She approached me outside a few weeks ago, a block away and invited me to your store. I’ve enjoyed the selection and prices. I was sincerely hoping to adopt a cat. But this is harassment of a customer. Because the police didn’t say this employee alleged anything when they banged on my door, they said Doggie Style Pets did.

DO NOT use my address in your professional database to send the police to my personal residence to harass me because of your employee’s unprofessional behavior at work.

I can’t tell you how wonderful Doggie Style Pets was with my cat Harry. Harry is an older cat and very skittish and scared. He has long hair and I need to get him groomed a couple times a year. Brianna, Harry’s groomer, allowed me to give him his calming medicine before I bought him in. She did such a beautiful job and he smells amazing. She even shampooed him and he didn’t fuss. I love this store, and I rarely give 5 stars but this is one of them. Tabitha is terrific young lady. She knows so much about pet nutrition and supplements. Actually all the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have all helped me through my dogs challenges since opening up. I can't say enough about how much I love this store and this staff. They always welcome everyone as soon as they walk inside. The store set up is perfect. The open concept and no dark aisles makes ot so easy to find what you need.
