Don't waste your time with the shopping online for in store pickup. They are completely incompetent! I ordered 12 items at 3:15pm on a Monday. At 12pm on Tuesday I still haven't received an email stating my order was ready. Even though my processing email told me that my order would be ready in 4 hours and I would have received an email when it was ready for pickup. I never received an email so I just took a chance and went to the store. My order was ready but only eight of the items. I never received an email telling me that these items weren't in stock. In fact, when I went online these items were in stock and allowed me to fill it in my cart. It's almost like they're inventory is so far behind with corporate actually updating the website. Complete waste of time. I had the manager Gloria and Brian helping me. It's a shame because their policy there leaves their managers hanging with absolutely no way to correct the situation. After about 20 minutes they finally called their "district manager Tom" who also basically did nothing. They put me on the phone with him for him to just try to over talk me telling me all about the policy. I wanted to explain that I never received an email telling me it was finished or even an email saying that I picked up an order. He wanted me to trust him in saying that in three or four days the rest of my order that was not there would be refunded back. What a joke! You have a policy in effect that your company didn't even follow correctly with the customer not receiving email saying the order was done or that it was picked up. And you want me to trust you on returning my money back in a couple of days. This company leaves their managers high and dry!!! Basically after the manager's calling "district manager Tom" his final answer was I don't know what to do, just do a refund. They could have just done that from the beginning. They kept saying I didn't have a receipt which is hilarious because I ordered online and had an order number. This company needs to figure out their policies. If you're trying to get in the game with online pickup, maybe start with a flagship store, work out all the kinks and then put it to your other stores. Even when these two managers called another five below manager to ask for help. They had no idea what to do. It just goes to prove that two stores under "district manager Tom's watch have no clue what to do when it comes to their own policies. Maybe this company should ask himself what exactly is district manager Thomas job. He's obviously not helping his managers. But probably making eight bunch of money. You should pay the managers more since they actually have to deal with the customers in front of them. Gloria was absolutely awesome. Brian on the other hand really didn't want to help me.    Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible treatment by an employee who was looking for a power trip. Went in the store for a screen protector with my Mother and 4 year old daughter. They didnât have the size I needed but of course the kid wanted a dolly so we walked up to the front to get in line behind the customer being checked out and stood behind her. Well- a male employee came up to us, and another Mom with a little kid, and started shouting at us to the point where we all thought he was joking. âPeople in line, look down at your feet, follow the signs on the floor and go aroundâŚâ. He said some other dribble which I canât remember now cause I was so amazed that this little dweeb was speaking to us this way. I donât have a problem with walking around but it was his tone and volume that had me speechless. The other mom looked at me and said â what does he think we are- in kindergarten?â To which I replied âthatâs worthy of a google review huh.â She said âyeah and a call to the corporate office!â As he was yelling this - the customer ahead of me had finished checking out but he still insisted that we walk around when I could have simply taken 2 steps ahead to the register. As I shopped around she helped me find the items I was looking for . While finishing up my sale Bailey made sure I had everything I needed & even suggested add ons around the register that I found cute/affordable & decided to purchase .
