The Buffalo Spot — Restaurant in Goodyear

Went there to go use the restroom real quick and got told customers only in the rudest possible way. I often go there to eat when I'm nearby playing games or often buy meals for my friends too.

I never complain it's rare especially to write out a review but I have kidney issues so as much as I spend there and business they get from me being nearby and grabbing friends to eat there, I won't be back to this location.

I believe Fernando, it was a younger kid I apologize if it's the wrong name but yeah I "appreciate" the service that I was such an issue because I didn't buy food one time, despite how often I go there.

I guess it won't be an issue as I won't be going there anymore nor bringing the group that often gives them business nearly everyday/weekend.

I’m extremely disappointed. I had been craving this for a long long time and today I finally decided to get some buffalo fries. My fiancé ordered some regular sized buffalo fries with bbq sauce, cheddar cheese and special sauce on the side. We got our food and headed home (trusting they gave us the right order, our mistake I know) and they had given me lemon peppered wings. He had to drive all the way back and told them the order was wrong, and asked if they can give us the right wing flavor that we had ordered and payed for. They were so rude! They just took the incorrect order away with an attitude and didnt give us a receipt or anything. If I could give zero stars I would. I work as a reviewer and anonymous customer for corporate service companies. I placed a DoorDash for Large Buffalo Fries. On DoorDash it gives the options for well done chicken and well done fries. However it only lets you select one. I selected well done “chicken” and placed my order. After doing so I called the store on 05-08-2025 at 2:36pm and I let the worker know what was going on and asked if I could have well done fries as well. She gave me pushback and said “our fries don’t come raw they come done.” I said mam I understand that but I like when my fries have a crunch to them.
