My wife and I have had nothing but trouble renting from them. Our ice maker in our refrigerator doesn't work and they won't fix it . My chair needs to be rewired and they won't help me fix it. I have complained to their corporate complaint department does no good. This store is a shining advertisement for their competition rent a center and rent one. They told me I can't return chair because wiring is bad but when won't help me fix it either. Didn't have problems until malaria arrived. Please don't believe anything they tell you it is a fib to put it mildly. Took problems to owner of store and he doesn't care either.by the way the smoking pot thing I totally believe you'll see. Just give them a call. Make sure it's right after lunch so their munchies have been satiated and whoever you talk to is the least bit sober that's my opinion based on their job performance..5and before you by anything please comparatively price product at other stores and ask yourself if you want to have same headaches my wife and I have had you will end up smoking pot to be able to deal with their incompetence I only gave them one star because you have to leave a review. They refused to pick it up and will continue the harassment calls even after telling them I’m still actively searching for a job. When I have a date that I get money and you constantly hound about that (AFTER knowing my situation?!). Harassment. You constantly calling isn’t going to change the info I gave you last week! Managers in that store know NOTHING, they can’t even communicate properly to themselves or their employees! I have no problem continuing payments, I do have a problem with them accusing me of not returning the right product. How are you gonna just glance at the bed and immediately say that’s not our products…and PS Aaron’s name was on the bed tag! According to them though, it’s not theirs. My mother has had the dryer not that long now and it won’t even heat up to even dry clothes! She calls up there for them to come fix it and they give her attitude.
