Update since the first two reviews:

These bartenders are now essentially our family. They see us many days of the week and we love them. They have several new additions to the staff, including Aimee—I tend to have a larger group with me, together and sporadically, and we all love her and her consistent, personable and bubbly service and attitude! She’s wonderful! The managers, Chris and JJ, take the utmost pride in their staff and store, and it’s been wonderful to watch and experience all of the staff create a place that feels like home.

Update since last review: Come here even more now than I did when I first reviewed, typically a few times a week. Chris, the manager, still makes sure everyone is happy and takes care of every patron. Mae and Todd are still staple bartenders and everyone loves them! My whole Frisco and little elm community loves to come here, and I drive out from north dallas to come visit!! Love this place.

If they can get their service up to par then this would easily be a 5 star review. I’m trying to give them grace because they’re a new establishment, but we’ve gone in now 3 times over the past 3 months and the service is getting worse. However, their food is really good and so are their drinks. The atmosphere is top tier too. This place has so much potential, and the problems don’t seem too hard to fix so I’m not really sure what’s wrong. Hire more people and train your staff to be aware of their surroundings. It should not take 30-40 minutes to get 2 drinks when there were 8 tables occupied. Our appetizer came out after our meal and I needed to remind them that we did not get it. Then I had to remind them twice about the drinks (we received the drinks about 5 minutes after our meal was delivered). I REALLY want to like this place. The lady apologized and said that they were just really busy (I didn’t complain, but I guess she could tell I was annoyed) and she thanked us for being patient. Very cool atmosphere and menu. Hopefully, we just went on an off day. It was not super busy. There were open tables everywhere. It took us a long time to get our drink order taken. The waiter was not attentive and the food was mediocre, at best. I ordered the Beto O'Rourke hot dog and it looked amazing, but just had no flavor. My friends ordered the frito pie and the chicken fried steak bites as well as appetizers, cheese curds and fried pickles. The ranch is definitely out of a bottle and not homemade. The Cheese curds were okay but the fried pickles and chicken fried steak bites tasted like the oil it was fried in.
