The owners of this place are completely unprofessional, disrespectful, impolite and rude. They have zero knowledge on customer service and are completely unfriendly. Beware going to places like this. If you happen to visit any other store in that complex, make sure you DO NOT park in front of their store and mind you, they do not have a parking spot reserved for their store. So practically there is nothing that indicates you should NOT park in front of their store. They might just scrape over your car if you park in front of their store or they can get very ugly because you parked in front of their store although they do not have any sign of reserved parking in front of their store. The donuts here are delicious. We’ve purchased here about 4 times and found it a bit pricey because you can’t just get an assortment for one price, every variation in color, shape, filing, and sprinkle will cost you more. But the donuts are fresh and it’s very close to our house so we WERE returning customers. Yesterday we ordered 2 dozen donut holes for a little girls party and they came in separate bags. It seemed less so I counted them, and EACH bag had 11 donut holes. I don’t know why they felt the need to scrimp on their donut holes, does it really save them that much money to not give the full 12? They’ve lost...

I made a happy birthday order for my daughter and couldn’t come pick it up in time. They waited a hour for me but I was having problems and still couldn’t make it. I asked them to leave it in the fridge and i will come tomorrow to pick it up. They were patient, nice and so understanding. I am so grateful for their kindness.
