RHONDA, the assistant “manager” is CONSISTENTLY rude! She is always snapping and has a demeaning tone with all of her customers. She claims they don’t price match oil with Walmart, even though other o Reilly’s do. We get it, Rhonda, you hate your job. It’s very clear to your customers and co workers. And they wanted $159 to diagnose it when I can see it snapped in half. O'Reilly Auto parts got me the part and the plastic piece that you pull to disengage the brake for $40, and recommended someone who could install it and he gave me a quote of $20 or $30.
