Updating my review. This review is only for THIS employer. The employees are great. They are patient and friendly. My suggestion: Start paying your late workers better! Nobody wants a daytime FF job, but this brand is ALL about being open late. I expect you to have enough employees to cover what you advertise! I'm here at 10:17 and we were greeted but someone in the back told the front cashier NOT to take our order because they are backed up. I've been in here several times after 9, but not too terribly late... And every time, somebody is waiting waiting waiting. Including Uber eats drivers who lose money when your fast food is slow! This is NOT the workers' fault! This is ALL on the franchisee/top management. Better wages for the night workers! They are dealing with drunks and hangry binge eaters like myself. You advertise paying crew leaders up to $12/hr on sign but if you would pay ALL the night workers $12+ then you'd have MORE workers to cover your shifts! Try at least $15/hr! Read moreJust left the drive thru, there was only one car ahead of me at the menu board waiting to place their order, and 2 or 3 cars ahead of them that had already ordered. It took 22 minutes for me to get a chance to place my order. After that, about another 10 minutes waiting. I ordered the Blazin' Cluck, but received something with bacon and onion rings on it. The sauce has zero heat/spice to it. Not sure what sandwich I actually received. I'm not even mad about the wait time -- I didn't have anywhere to be and was in no rush, plus the lady at the window was nice and apolgetic for the wait, and I responded "no problem" since I was not really bothered by it. Alot of places are short-staffed nowadays, so I get it. I glanced at the wrapper that the food was in before pulling away, and it looked like the same wrapper that I had gotten before, so I assumed the order was correct...my fault. Read moreIt’s been more than 15 years since I’ve had Jack in the Box and I’ll never go again after we tried it again today. First, the guy at the register didn’t speak English so we tried navigating our order with him and it took almost 5 minutes to get him to understand the one thing we were trying to order. As you would imagine, the order was wrong but we figured it would be harder explaining that to him. If you’re in a customer facing position in the USA you should speak ENGLISH!!! The food was awful! I mean microwave tenders and fries would have been way better. It was probably the worst food I’ve tasted in years. Now, on to the cleanliness…gross is all I can say. Unfortunately, we didn’t really pay attention to that until after we sat down and started eating. Once we did notice how filthy it was we trashed the rest of our meal and left.
