Very very disappointed in O'Reilly today!! More specifically the assistant manager James. I went in for a pack of tire values for my husband and I stood in line for 20 mins before being checked out. Now mind you there were 3 people working, 2 of the employees were helping customers doing their jobs. But the assistant manager James was just standing behind the counter, texting. The phone rang and he answered saying he was with a customer and he needed to put them on hold HE WAS NOT WITH A CUSTOMER! the phone call sat on hold until one of the other employees was finished with a customer and answered it, good job I believe your name was Zane. I finally had to look at the "assistant manager" and said can I please get some help being my 1 year old was starting to get crabby. He was not friendly, I get working in customer service can be alot. I have done my fair share of retail work but not acknowledging someone who is standing there waiting to be helped and just texting is completely rude! This store is outstanding! They're definitely leaders in their industry! I've been to many stores, they're not like this!! These people are nice, they're helpful!!!, they actually have knowledge about there job!!!! I feel confident every time I walk out the door because I know they sent me with the right goods!!! For someone like me its absolutely necessary to have someone who's more educated in the vehicle department than myself helping make decisions about what will and will not be needed! I love that they rent their tools out!! Their prices are so competitive I don't know how any other parts store even still exists! Terrible experience every time I come here. I live in little falls and still much rather take the drive to Brainerd’s Orielly’s.

These people treat us customers as if we are the nuisances walking through their doors looking for assistance.

If you ever have an issue understanding the parts and your car, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. Do yourself a favor and take the extra 35 minute trip to Brainerd Oriellys, they will walk you through it all with a smile, no chip on their shoulder and I promise you, you will walk out every time feeling appreciative for the way they go ABOVE AND BEYOND.
