I enjoyed my shopping experience because the young lady was very helpful and kind. My issue is that I spent over $500 and purchased a Fendi purse and the buckle fell off before I even used it. I contacted them the very next day via multiple means and no one acknowledged anything. I don't live in the area so a simple apology would suffice. Now I wonder if this is a real Fendi. Check your merchandise thoroughly...

My daughter and I were looking for clothes for a specific event and we found it here, plus more! Great store and even greater customer service. The store is well organized, wonderful products, and not too large so it doesn't overwhelm. Customer service offers the feeling of each person is important and deserves individual attention....

Sign on door says open at 10 am Saturday, yet it is after 10 and the door still.closed. changed rating to 1 star because zero was not an option. Went back the store two weeks later, 10:05 and doors locked and no one answered phone...bad business practice...
