Zales Outlet — Local services in Little Rock

The products they sale are crap that's why you are offered the extended warranty cause they know you will need it bought a ring back in nov 2016 and have had nothing but problems from day 1 in march of 2017 when getting my wedding pictures made we had to aranch it cause there was a diamond missing has been in shop more than I can count on hands and feet and diamonds steel just keep falling out they have told me not to wear it, bath with it ,wash my hair with it, sleep in it . Basically put it in the jewelry box and leave it it's my wedding ring really does any of that make any since I haven't had my ring back a month and again have to take it back again to zales and send it back off that want me to replace it but they don't want to replace it with equal value of my ring all I'm asking for is they replace my ring for a ring that has the same weigh diamonds as mine does and that I shouldn't have to pay any more money. And have to by another warranty on the other ring . my ring was paid in full they have there money and I have a crappy ring that it's so bad. I have to take it to the store they send it off supposedly and then i have to go back and pick it up . That my time , my gas , my stress of having to do this just about on a monthly bases now . It's pretty that who every is working that they know who we are when we walk in the door and they have a big turn over in employees so you know that bad . I have contacted Corp and the person I talked to was not helpful at all . So I'm telling everyone I know on Facebook and public tgat zales is not a jewelry place you want to go if you want...

Sadly I had a very terrible experience with this zales. The people are extremely caring & nice but this store is so so unorganized. They NEVER answer their phones. I had to send out my engagement & wedding ring to be fitted & was told that they would be here a certain date & was never contacted. I just now was able to pick it up over two weeks after the date I was told. I had to contact the outlet management in order to even get a hold of someone & he had to walk down to the store to get a zales employee on the phone. My rings came back solder together when they were not supposed to be. I get married in one week & just now got my rings no thanks to this store. I’ve had nothing but stress & problems from dealing with this store. This is a very important & special time for me & this just caused more stress than I needed. I finally was able to get ahold of someone about one week ago (luckily) & was told that they had boxes but wasn’t going to open them & that I needed to call back tomorrow which of course I...
