I originally ordered the Unscented Candualua Body Lotion . Loved it, except it was a little bit waxy. I've had many emails sent to Elia from May 25th until this month August. At first she was ready to redo the formula and not charge me , she wanted me to be happy with that which I appreciate . I told her I would pay for it anyway - we all need to pay our bills and make a profit and I endorse small businesses . I love the formula just the way it was with every ingredient except it had a little bit of waxy feel to it that just need to be eliminated and would be great! Then I would constantly order it.Elia said she would re-do the formula and send it to me within a week at no charge - she wanted me to be happy with it . I told her I appreciate that and I will use the lotion I have, it's great for my feet and elbows but I want to use it for a whole body lotion, once the formula is adjusted without the waxy feel, it will be great. I said send me an invoice I'll pay for it regardless. I was extremely happy with getting a great product with all the ingredients I wanted and great customer service with Elia the owner . This all started May 25th it is now August 8th I have copies of 11 emails- absolutely no response after that - I have been ignored!! I understand she hs been, as many companies are these days shorthanded these days, but with no response. I am thoroughly disappointed and right now if it had I would put zero Stars! Started off great and went totally downhill. Elia, if you didn't want to redo the product and did want to have me as a customer after all you said, then fine just let me know, but I got no response even from that. I normally don't do bad reviews unless very warranted. Ownership, Integrity and Customer Service is lacking and actually not there at this point!...

Quaint little apothecary shop to find all your natural soap, shampoo, and body necessities. I absolutely love the smell when I walk in the front doors. Elia has brought her style and personality to every part of this shop. I absolutely love trying new products from both the women and men's collection. Can't wait to see where this shop goes and how many new products and other ideas Elia is bringing to this shop. I highly recommend everyone and anyone to stop by and check out the products!
