We bought a ceramic bunny for out granddaughter. We happen to walk out of the store and the bag was ripped out of my hand ( by accident) . I went back in to ask the clerk's maybe they could replace the $ 8.50 trinket. Both woman on Saturday night acted like have never herd of good customer service. This is one of my favorite stores. The candles everywhere are such a great vibe and it’s nice to see such dedication to replacing the batteries inside. When I brought my children there was an I Spy game provided for them to play and it helped keep them from being their annoying selves. All in all I bought a gnome and it was a cutie.
