It's always a pleasure shopping at Rachel's! I've been there several times over the last few months to have some of my jewelry altered, buy collectables, and look for one-of-a-kind gifts. She and her co-worker are professional and knowledgeable about their products. I especially appreciate Rachel's masterful gold-working skills and suggestions for alterations. I had my wedding rings resized with a new ring added and she thoughtfully checked in with me every step of the way. I'm very happy with the final result. She also changed the backings of a set of earrings and they came out better than I could've imagined. Her shop has a wonderful atmosphere, a fantastic staff, a great selection, and very fair prices. I’ve mostly dealt with Zach because I typically buy and sell electronics so my review is based on those interactions. There’s usually some cool interesting stuff to find here and the prices are pretty good when buying from them. Zach is a smart guy and good at talking about the electronics related items in the shop he’s very knowledgeable about many of the things there. I like to stop in once in a while and walk around to check out what they have there because it’s always interesting to see as the stock is forever changing. The few times I have pawned things here it’s been very clear what is happening with the item what is expected of me and what is expected of the shop which is nice of course pawn values are low but that’s probably typical. I love Rachel so much! We bought my wedding ring from her 15 years ago. Back then, my engagement ring was unique as it had a crazy curve in it. I was set that the band and engagement ring needed to fit together nicely. She did an amazing job finding the perfect match. Fast forward 15 years later, my diamond fell out of my engagement ring from wear and tear. I headed back to Rachel to help me.
