I was a loyal client there a few years ago. I have never been back since I had the worst experience by Gail Barrios. The week of my wedding we had planned for her to do my hair, maintaining contact with her throughout the day and letting her know I would be running late, I work off of i10/1604 area and to get to the forum area and traffic time any time around 4:30 and after that it takes forever. I still have the FB messages of that day. She did my hair over bleached my hair and left it purple. I do not recommend...

I made my mom an appointment with Carmen, as she was visiting me and doesn't speak English well. Not only was my mom able to talk in her native language, she also got an absolutely amazing haircut. Carmen is so knowledgeable, very experienced and made this "trip to get color and cut" a very pleasant and memorable one. Not only do I highly recommend her for her excellent ability to do hair but also her customer service skill....
