They take your money and let you in, but good luck actually seeing the band. The room that holds the musicians is small and has very few seats as others have said. No seats for disabled people. I got there 2.25 hrs before the start (25 min before doors opened), and there were many more people already in line than the number of available sets inside. There is a reasonably-large outdoor area with picnic tables with a small TV and distorted speaker playing the music from inside. I never even saw the musicians when I was there. I did smell a LOT of cigarette and cigar smoke outside despite being almost as fat from the smoking area as I could get.

I wouldn't have bought tickets and made the drive if I had known that there was room for only a few people to sit and see the band (less than 10% of attendees). What a scam - it would have been better to watch the band on YouTube - better video and...

I have been to this place many times of the years! Really great cozy personnel feeling place. The variety of music is excellent. The place is always very very clean, very clean nice bathrooms. The prices are good for drinks. The prices for tickets to the concerts are always affordable. In the back outside, they have the cutiest Taco Bar serving amazing tacos, my favorite is the Avocado Taco, they also have the usual and fish. They have big picnic tables where you can watch the concert on a big screen TV, under cozy heart lamps. Lots of easy parking. Dispensary next door to help you enjoy the concert and the Best Tacos you had in your life!!! I love this place cool Chill Vibe and solid concerts. Nice live music venue in Santa Cruz. Shoes start late but worth it if you are staying in the area or live here. I met lots of locals. Cover charge, so drinks and snacks are not expensive. There is usually a taco bar in the back. The patio area in the back has a live TV screen. Was here for Parker Millsap with Alexa Rose opening up with melancholy songs. Then came Parker Millsap! Wow that boy can sing. I love his energy and his music and amazing originals. It was certainly a treat to see him, live and up close. Looking forward to the next...
