I was very pleasantly surprised with how good this place was. I was a little skeptical with the high (4.7) rating, but gave it a try. Build your own pizzas is the lates craze in the fast casual eating world and this place does it just right. Blaze offers many crust options including Keto diet, cauliflower, high rising and original. I may be leaving out one or two. They also offer a variety of sauce options as well as unlimited toppings including meats and veggies! Once you have created your masterpiece, the pizza is carefully placed into a very high temp oven and 5-10 minutes later out comes perfection. The thin crust original pizza came out perfectly. A nice char on the crust and underneath. The sauce had some nice spice and a little bit of heat. The sauce definitely could not be characterized as lacking flavor. The toppings, in which I had pepperoni, italian sausage and pineapple, were nicely seasoned and added that much more flavor to my pizza. Additionally, Blaze offers side or entree salads and the Caesar was delicious. Although I prefer to have behind the counter staff smile as much as possible, I can’t fault their service. Service was adequate and professional, as well as efficient. My only complaint about Blaze and I refuse to dock them a star (maybe it was a bad timing issue) was that the WiFi was not working. Even off of WiFi the signal is so weak inside I couldn’t get my iphone or ipad to work at all. It would have been nice doing some work and/or playing games while eating lunch. All in all, a wonderful place and absolutely deserves the lofty score it has received so far. I will definitely be back.

Ordered online, staff very friendly and was greeted as soon as I walked in and order was ready on time. Place looks very clean and organized, easy to find and plenty of parking. Food was hit and miss tho. Take two half carnivore pizza on cauliflower crust with choice of side (green goddess salad) is a great meal that doesn’t break the bank, the half carnivore I added some arugula for some freshness but it was packed with pepperoni, ham and meatball bits, the sauce was great and crust was perfectly crispy. I’d highly recommend that one, the cauliflower crust is gluten free also. The salad was fine, green goddess dressing was watery and didn’t really taste like anything. The gluten free spicy hot chicken pickle pizza was a huge disappointment tho. Very little chicken, hardly any pickles, all you could taste was bitter raw garlic piled on and mild/medium chili oil. The regular gluten free crust had potential because it was made thin and looked homemade but it was terribly soggy right out of the oven. I’m not sure if that’s the norm or if mine was undercooked because I had seen reviews that it was crispy, this was way far from it.

My daughter and I went to this Blaze on Pie Day (3/14/22) at 8:33pm. The store closed at 9pm. We walked in because the door was open/not locked, walked past a young man preparing dough and up to the counter to place an order. After patiently waiting for a few minutes, not only were we not greeted, we were rudely told by the person taking orders that they were done making pies for the day. I giggled because I thought he was joking. Realizing he wasn't, I asked why was there no indication of that outside the door and why was the door still open for costumers to come in and place orders? He then spoke in a hushed tone to his coworker and that young lady repeated what he had just said. Unlike the young man, she actually looked at me when she said it. Neither were apologetic. Neither offered any explanation as to why they were "done making pies for the day." Even after I explained that I drove 25 minutes from my home to get the pizza and that the store was still open to customers, I was ignored. All this as we watch the first young man continue to prepare dough for making pies! I'm not one to cause a scene so my daughter and I simply left with a message that I would call the corporate office to file a complaint.

I totally understand that they may have been exhausted from what was surely a busy day, but that in no way excused rude and disrespectful behavior or terrible customer service. I'm not one to always believe the customer is right but I do believe the employees were absolutely in the wrong yesterday. Because of my daughter's practice schedule, I've been to that very store 30 minutes before closing on a few occasions and had no problem ordering pizza to go. The fact that they just didn't feel like making any more pies for the day should not be the reason to shut down the operation 30 minutes before they were supposed to! If they were backed up and could not make more pies then the website, app, AND signage outside the door should have indicated such. There was no indication and yet my daughter and I were turned away. I'm totally disgusted with the level of unprofessionalism. They need...

i don't normally like to leave reviews , but the last two visits were horrible , i came to this store around 9:40 the last two saturdays and they refused to make anything , the first time it happened i let it go but the second time i said something to do and ask them why they can make the pizza especially since yall close at 10pm , one of the employees said they shut down everything at 9:40 and i ask where is the sign stating yall last order is at 9:40 , she said they close the online at a certain time , which is understandable but if i'm walking in at 9:40 and it states the store close at 10pm , why is the store even opened if yall just sitting there for 20 mins , i normally would just pay online to avoid my precious time but unfortunately i had a gift card so i had to come in person and livingston is much closer , so its the best option , but the last two visits i had to drive all the way to clark that's 30 mins out to get pizza , i actually asked an employee at clark yesterday when do yall stop taking orders ? ,now just a reminder i got there at 10:40 pm , the gentlemen stated at 11pm which that is the correct time they close , so i'm not understanding why livingston stop taking orders at 9:40 and they're closing time is 10pm , but clark takes orders until 11pm , i will be calling corporate and the store manager...
