You know, when this place first opened, it wasn't all that great – from customer service to getting the orders right and having enough bakery stuff in stock, it was a bit of a mess. But things have really turned around, and I can tell 'cause I'm a regular here. I'm glad they switched up their team. Nowadays, everyone's super friendly, and they've got their act together. Orders come out right, and they've got plenty of goodies on hand, so they don't run out too quick.
But the best part? I gotta give a big shoutout to one of their crew members. Like I said, I'm a regular, and a few months back, I was having a seriously rough week. I hit the drive-thru for some coffee to lift my spirits, and the barista taking my order noticed I wasn't my usual self. He asked how I was doing, and for some reason, that question hit me hard, and I just started bawling my eyes out. It was kinda embarrassing 'cause it came outta nowhere, and I was feeling super overwhelmed that day – didn't even have the energy to hide it. But this guy, Waleeb, he was a champ. He was so polite, friendly, and just real, you know? He dashed off and got me a cake pop, jotted down a sweet note on the bag, and his kindness and understanding completely turned my day around from a downer to a upper. I'll never forget that. And now, every time I swing by and Waleeb's on shift, he brings this awesome, positive vibe. It makes me feel all warm and welcome, and that's what customer service should be all about. Seriously, Waleeb deserves a raise for being such a star at...
Read moreI used to love coming to this Starbucks because of the convenience of the drive thru, quick service and kind staff, however it has gone down hill the last couple of months. The drive thru takes forever to get through which has caused me to be late to my appointments from time to time. Also, my order has been wrong on several occasions. Today, I decided to go inside because the drive thru line was long again and I didn’t have my daughter with me so I could easily run in. I was greeted by Patty who told me the nitro brew was not working again so I ordered a grande iced coffee instead. She asked why I would sacrifice getting the caffeine that I could get from the regular cold brew and I told her I was good with just a regular iced coffee. She proceeded to give me attitude during my order and wouldn’t add stevia or cinnamon powder to my coffee. She said “you can do that yourself at the concession station.” I thought that was the point of paying the premium...to get good service and not to have to make my own coffee. I watched her the flirt with the customer behind me who got everything he asked for. After today’s horrifying service from Patty, I will NEVER go this Starbucks again. I will go out of my way to the other Starbucks in Livingston where I always experience...
Read moreIf I could give this location no stars would have done so. Time and time again the custom service at the Livingston Circle location has been so poor. And during pandemic even worst. There were at least 6 staff persons and they had the nerve to tell us that they are understaffed. Our mobile order drinks sat on a counter while we waited in the designated circles for mobile orders. When we waited with no one even acknowledging us and asked for our drinks that were wasting away on the counter, we were told to wait on the mobile order circles again. This is unacceptable as they continued to take other mobile orders with no one else in line and began refilling cups that were already in place. How do you treat customers like this and long time customers who have lived in Livingston for decades?!!!
This location is mis-managed and they do not know how to handle customers. A simple response to our issue could have been dealt with easily.
There were hardly any customers and the drive thru lane was practically empty. There is no excuse for how we were treated today.
Do better please! Staff needs to be trained better and how to respond to...
