I wanted to send a girl friend of mine flowers and chocolate because she is going through a rough time in her life and I live in Florida and cannot be there for her today. I didn’t want to go through a 1-800 telemarket agency and wanted to give a local shop my business because I know how rough it is right now as a business owner during covid-19. After careful consideration and online reviews I decided to call Fay’s flowers and gifts.

My friend lives in Westland which is also where their location is as well. I spoke with Fay herself and chatted about her business as well as what I was looking for as a gift. We decided on a pretty fall arrangement and a box of chocolate. There were two options with the chocolate- a basic brand with a few more pieces or a luxury brand with a few less pieces for the same price. I chose the luxury brand. After giving her my written card choice, she thanked me for shopping local and appreciated my business. I needed same day delivery and to my surprise, my gift arrived to her within a couple short hours after my call!

My friend thanked me for the flowers but there were no chocolate delivered with the flowers. We called and they rushed over the missing chocolate right away. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and appreciation that I received and will definitely be using them again for all of our future flower gift needs. I stumbled across Fay’s Flowers when I was quoting local shops for my bridal bouquet. Fatima did a casual but beautiful floral arrangement and table centerpieces for my small wedding. She gave me her time and attention as I described what I was looking for. I knew not much of anything at all about flowers but she was so sweet I trusted her professionalism. I told her to do her magic and that’s what she did!

Fast forward a few months later, my grandfather passed. Fay’s Flowers was the first shop that came to my mind. With short notice, she managed to pull another miracle off for me. It brought me so much comfort and relief knowing that Fatima would be the one arranging my grandfather’s casket spray.
