I visited this branch on Saturday 5/10and tried to get my Colombian pesos exchanged. I was told it was only worth 10 cents. I tried to ask the teller if she can check in another way because I know this was incorrect. She told me 440 colombian pesos was just 10 cents and I assured her that she is entering the currency wrong and it is in fact 440,000 pesos because cien mil pesos = 100,000. She told me to check with a currency exchange because this is what her system is showing. The teller was not rude but definitely not helpful in trying to solve the issue, and did seem a bit dismissive when I was trying to tell her the correct way to concert the bills. I had to drive to an east Rutherford location, and they were very helpful with ensuring the proper way to get it exchanged. It was $96.56 not 10 cents. Huge difference. This Lodi branch should definitely train the tellers more on currency exchange if this is going to be a service that is offered...

The location seemed nice and clean, but this person's service will never make me go back there. I, being in the financial industry myself, found her being not friendly at all, at times even rude, intimidating, and most of the time didn't know what she's talking about. As a customer service provider at an "Assistant Manager" position you would expect her be friendly, smiling, kind, pleasant to talk to and do business with, and most of all - be knowledgeable of what services the bank offers.
