I recently shopped a half of sale at Arnold's and they were super busy yet recognized me once I walked in. They had plenty of staff on their feet helping customers. I may have waited 5 minutes which Michelle was still apologetic for. It was expected with such a big sale so wasn't a problem. She knew exactly where the item was I wanted and quickly rang me up and even with the many customers she had a smile on her face. I absolutely love Arnold's Jewelry they are each know very much about their products, and they don't just try to make a buck. They don't just try to oversell, they help you with what YOU want.
