Completely appalled at the service we just received. My 10yo daughter wanted her second ear piercing so we came here, not only for that, but to pick up the new wedding band we purchased for my husband. The owner and her employee, Megan, pierced my daughter's ears at the same time, only the owner pierced the completely wrong place and had to redo.... okay, mistakes happen. While I wasn't thrilled, I thought I was pretty understanding. Then, we realize she used the wrong earring to pierce the second time so her earrings didn't match. The owner said she would fix it and switch out the earrings. While doing so, her long nails kept getting in the way and she had to force the correct earring in, basically putting 3 holes in her ear at this point. Watching my daughter sit through this, I became irritated and told the owner this whole situation has been crazy and I thought it was ridiculous. Her response was she's been doing this 30 years and never had this happen and she was rushed because there was a salesman waiting on her. She even asked at one point if we just wanted her to take them out!?! I told her she should be focused on the piercing she's doing and not the salesman. Although I'm an online shopper, you can't beat the in person hospitality and face-to-face service you get at Mingling Jewelers. Their staff is remarkably friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. And funny, too!

My dad comes here for Christmas and birthday gifts for our family so he can support a local business but make it so my mom and I can do easy exchanges without him knowing 😂

A grateful thank you to Bill, Angie and Michael at Minglin Jewelry. After years of my wedding ring diamonds being mostly on the back side of my finger, I decided to have my engagement and wedding rings soldered together. Bill also found I needed the prongs on my diamond replaced. Which didn’t surprise me, since I never had my rings checked and they are quite old.
