What a fiasco. My husband and I decided to drive half an hour to try this wing place because of its high ratings. Once there we asked which flavors had citrus and dairy, as he has serious food allergies. Not only could they not tell us, but the manager told us it was up to us to look at the ingredients online before ordering! Then when asked if this or that flavor was sweet or hot, I was informed by the cashier she had not tried them and I just needed to order and figure THAT out for myself! There is no way to check ingredients at the corporate site. We looked. Also, most restaurants have a book listing ingredients for off-site preparations. Management just didnt want to take the time to make sure he could order safely. So he ordered plain wings, we'd add our own sauces at home. ONE young lady came out from the back and told him there was whey in the batter... so he cancelled his order and went next door to another restaurant while I waited for my wings. I observed the girls behind the counter bringing out the orders to folks like me waiting in the chairs... but when mine was ready they put it on the counter, pointed and said "your order?" I asked to see the young lady who took the time to warn my husband. The owner came out after 10 minutes and asked me if I was still there? She told me they were too busy for the employee to step out.. I said I wanted to thank her, and all of a sudden she had time to come see me. I thanked her for being astute enough to recognize the danger, for knowing her ingredients, and for caring enough to help me protect my husband's health. I also suggested she tell management to at least train her employees to taste and be familiar with their product. I cant be the only one to ask about the sauces! So, I got lousy service because I aske about ingredients and complained when they didnt know their ingredients or how things tasted? Then, I was denied access to the ONE employee with brains there? The food is okay, seriously, the two flavors I tried were good, but the service? There ARE other choices for wing's, Y'all. The majority of employees and management dont give a...
Read moreGetting chicken wings in the Loganville and Monroe just seems to be a disaster, unless you are actually dining in. Ordered wings last night for the family, ordering experience was nice and easy online, I even received a call while on my way to pick up my order by a pleasant employee letting me know my order was ready for me when I got there. I thought it was a nice touch. I arrived, gave them my name and they handed me my order, When I got home, I unpacked the food and was ready to serve the kids their food, well I'd been given the wrong order. I called to inform them they had not given me my order and they apologized and asked if I wanted to come back and get the correct order - umm yes, I can't feed my 8 yr old the Habanero wings! Hopped back in the car for the 10+ min ride to the store. My replacement food was ready about 5 min after I arrived, again was told they were sorry. While I understand this happens, it seems that they could have offered me a discount or coupons for a future order, I did spend 40+ mins in the car for two trips to get my order, and honestly, who can enjoy their meal after this happens? Learned a lesson to not pay for take out in advance, maybe I could have negotiated a discount. Also the 20% gratuity I paid in advance didn't get me very far. Only time will tell if we...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Spice Wing in Loganville, and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. From start to finish, everything about my visit was fantastic, and I would give this restaurant a full five stars.
First off, the wings were incredible. They were cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of spice to make them deliciously flavorful without being overpowering. I loved the variety of sauces available as well - there was something for everyone, from classic buffalo to more exotic flavors. And the waffle fries? Oh my goodness. They were the perfect complement to the wings, crispy and perfectly seasoned.
But the food was just one part of the experience at Spice Wing. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with a great energy that made me feel right at home. The service was also top-notch - the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was just right throughout my meal.
Overall, I would highly recommend Spice Wing to anyone looking for great wings and a great time. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or settling in for a fun evening out, this restaurant is the perfect choice. Five stars...
