Have been going to this Smoothie King every Friday and have paid 5.00 for our smoothies everytime. Went today and ordered the same smoothies and she quoted a higher price. I asked if they'd gone up (no big deal if the promotion changed. Just wanted to know) and she said, "No, that has been the price all along." I replied, "No, that's not what I have been paying and that we come every Friday." She then said, "I have been working here 5 months and that's not what you paid." We went back and forth and finally I said, "If you'll have gone up, not a problem, but you have the audacity to argue with me annd tell me what I have not paid the prior Fridays..I have a problem with that. It's the principle for me." I told her I would be in with previous receipts simply to prove my point and tbat she was wrong. I entered with my from last Friday and the Friday before that a d the little condescending cocky little girl looked at the receipt/proof and said, "Well, I don't know who did that, but that's not the price." Talk about an arrogant little snout that couldn't even apologize for basically telling me that I was a lier and that argued me down about a price I full well knew I'd paid numerous times for our smoothies. I told her again, if the price has increased just say that. But zi know what I've been paying. I purchased my kids smoothies as I have evety Friday and told her I knew how to handle this situation. She then ran to the side office and closed the door (I assumed to give the manager a heads up) and I was waiting for the manager to come out as I watched the others prepare our smoothies, but no manager. So, I have elected to give my synopsis of today's piss poor service at the Loganville Smoothie King. Look at your receipts be3some of these kids think they are smarter than you. Read moreAs of 2 days ago I've been a supporter of this Smoothie King since they opened over 5 years ago. The service is now worse than in the ghetto, the people working there look unkempt, grungy and dirty. The decline remains on the decline. I wouldn't want their hands touching my food any longer and won't. I've walked into the store to witness food fights by the employees, the employees eating sloppy bitten into burgers, lips gloss and cell phones laying around along with other meals from local restaurants at the register being eaten while 4 people discuss who will be taking your order not to mention lines of played with self made smoothies for their entertainment and fun, slippery and nasty floors and the quality of the product I no longer trust. I have contacted the health department based on my last experience a day ago. That was my last time patronizing this location. I also purchased my own specialty top quality smoothie blender and will make my smoothies at home from here on out. What a disappointment to allow nasty, grundgy children/teenagers who look as if they haven't bathed for days to demolish a business and the livelihood of others. Sad ending.

Read moreVery disappointed at my first experience with this Smoothie King. Ordered through the mobile app as a guest for a 6pm Drive Thru order. I ordered a smoothie & they didn’t give me a straw. How am I suppose to drink the smoothie without a straw? So half of it was melted by the time I got home. I also got the Açaí Cocoa Haze and it was in the bag sideways. The employee noticed it saying it was weird. I didn’t think anything by it because I put it up the correct way when I put it in my car (I didn’t open the bag). When I got home and opened the bag, the banana wasn't cut up as advertised & all my toppings were off to one side and most of the chocolate hazelnut drizzle was stuck to the left side of the lid. To top it off, the lid wasn’t on the drink all the way so when I picked it up, the lid came off and splattered some of the smoothie in my car.
It’s just kind of disappointing because I couldn’t enjoy it when I gotten it. It’s like a restaurant forgetting to put plastic silverware in a Togo order & the customer doesn’t have silverware on them (like if they have somewhere to be).
