Edited as of 7/7/23: Terrance should NOT be a manager. He is rude, kurt, abrupt and does not immulate what a true manager should be. I pulled to the drive thru (no one was in front of me nor behind me) and I sat for quite some time. No one ever came to say, "Hold one moment, We'll be with you shortly," nothing. After not getting acknowledged at all, I assumed the drive through wasn't working and I pulled to the window. I explained to the young lady (it was her first day and she didn't have the headsets on) why I pulled around. She said, "They just didn't respond and they were going to tell her to have me drive back around to place my order." I stated, "That the line was to long, I waited too long, there was never a response and I needed to place my order at the window." Terrance came with a nasty rough tone and said yeah, but have to go back around nastily!! I told him I was not and requested to speak with one of the managers in the dark gray shirts and he began to rant like an uncooth barbarian..I am a manager! He had on the white Popeye t-shirt. The female manager came and Terrance attempt to talk over her. I asked that he leave and allow me to speak with her only. He refused, wanted to tongue wrestle and opt to be EXTRA....... She asked him repeatedly to walk away and he ignored her. He finally did (still mouthing off ..I am a manager, etc.) and she informed me that he was a manger, as well. I explained to her that he shouldn't be a manager and it's employees like him that's causing fast food to go to hell in a hand basket and his actions wasn't a good look for the new employee(s). She kindly listened, understood my point, did not make me drive back around, took my order at the window (I told her I did not want Terrance packing my food) and she obliged/apologized for Terrance redundancy and unprofessional ignorance as one of the store managers.
To the "Owners" of this establishment, please bring in professional management to be the face of your brand. Loganville is a great place to live and this store has progressively gone down. Terrance should NOT be a manager!!!! Find someone that will respect all paying customers, and understand what true customer service is. Also, please provide a receipt. This place rearly ever has receipts to give to customers.

Read moreI still have not gotten to eat here because the lines are always so long you can’t even pull in. I love Popeyes food but every one I’ve been to has TERRIBLE customer service, but I thought loganville would be different because it seems to be a higher standard around here. That being said I work in a very fast paced food industry, and I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed and maybe even short staffed (which I doubt they’re short staffed every day), but I finally decided I was gonna wait in the line, and I waited for 20 minutes and in that entire time only 2 cars left the drive through and I was still so far back in line I could see the drive through window the whole time. There’s no dine in so there is NO EXCUSE for this poor of service I would never have my customers waiting this long. I can tell the difference between being busy and just being lazy and unmotivated and this is a total lack of leadership and a total lack of customer service because they have made it clear they do not care and they will take their sweet time. I’m very patient when I see a place is busy as long as they’re trying but his is this manager clearly needs some serious direction as well as the employees or a whole new set of management employees etc. oh ya and I’ve even had customers tell me how terrible the service was or that they didn’t even get to try it because they had an experience similar to mine. If upper management does not do something you’re doing your business a serious disservice because I work with women in there 50’s -70’s who would run circles around these young people ( and I’m young but clearly we have a different...
Read moreAs a long time Popeyes customer I must say this particular store has issues with personnel, is the closest store I got and it got recently open maybe a couple of years ago, started good but lately has become a disaster with people that apparently have no idea what they’re doing, I’m done at this store though after placing an order online and showing up at the store, told them I was picking up an order placed online, I was told they couldn’t find my order, show them the e-mail with the receipt and on top of that showed them the bank transaction and then one of the ladies came and told me It was coming and she went out to the dining room, at this time another costumer is having issues with his order to the point where he was asking for a refund, he was asking for the manager and she got all worked out did not want to give the man a refund, while this is going a lady ask me what order I was waiting to which I reply the order number with the name, she seemed confused and at this point the lady that told me that the order was coming steps back in the kitchen and then I told the lady that she said that my order was coming to Which the lady coming back reply “I never said that” I try to remind her that she said that because I heard her correctly and i answer ok and she still denies the she said that. So at this point I was aggravated and walk out the store, went online and cancel the order and request a refund. Long story but I hope it helps someone.
