Waste of my time and tried to con me! I was invited to the jewelry store to sell my Swiss ounce of gold. Owner greeted me with a stereotypical Indian accent even though I’m born here. Thought it was so funny. Suhail tried to convince me to flip a coin double or nothing for the gold I was selling. After repeatedly saying no, he told me I had no “balls” and that he was giving better odds than a casino. Then he finally took all the money off the table and said I should just leave. This place should be investigated! Don’t ever go here or you may end up getting conned by the owner. Also messed up my pamp gold by doing a scratch/chemical test since they don’t have the equipment to xray. How the hell do places like this operate still! Btw reviews seem to all be by family and friends.
Follow up: the owner claims it was a customer but allowed him behind the counter to push me to gamble on the gold I was selling. He also made stereotypical comments to me. Then this so called customer contacted me on FB after the review was written to force me to remove this review and said he’ll even pay $50 to do so. I told him I lost $250 that day and 1.5 hours of my time because of what he did. I didn’t realize this jewelry store had a gambling license to quietly watch and see a customer try to force me to gamble the gold I was selling. They even offered him a coin to flip for the gambling. I have a full recording of the situation as I was weary of the store location. Any customer is allowed behind the counter? Seems like this is a familiar person or worker and they are masking it as a random customer. I will report this to BBB now and the local...
