Excellent customer service! Here’s the story; it was 11:30 on a Sunday night; I accidentally dropped and broke the quartz tip of my Lookah Seahorse Pro and wanted(needed!) to quickly replace it before work tomorrow. Of course a quick Google search told me this shop is OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT EVERY NIGHT! However it was the friendly gentleman who answered the phone who reassured me that not only did they sell the piece I needed to replace; but they would kindly be willing to keep the lights on long enough for me to make a 25 minute to get to the only smoke shop open till midnight on a Sunday in my “area”. I showed up with 10 minutes to spare; both employees were very friendly and knowledgeable, and that’s the reason I keep...
